Hi and thanks for visiting our website. My name is Dave Goffredo and with my wife Marta, we own and operate Dave Breck Homes, LLC. The business was established in 2006 and has grown to ten beautiful Breckenridge rental homes. We live in Breckenridge and Denver as Marta works downtown as a Registered Nurse several days a week. However, we spend a much time as possible in Breckenridge and love living in this mountain community. We specialize in relocating families with pets needing a Breckenridge home rental. Whenever there is an issue with a rental home in Breckenridge, tenants call me directly and I will arrange to fix the problem. As owners, we want to make sure each Breckenridge rental home is kept in good working order. We enjoy skiing, motorcycling, biking, and all the other wonderful things to do in Summit County. We have five children with two married and two grandaughters, Laven and Brenna Rose. I hope you visit Breckenridge soon and enjoy the many diverse activities offered here in the high country.
